The rules don't apply to officers

It seems every day, this is made painfully obvious in some form or fashion. Except today. You see, the rules of Newtonian Physics concerning rapid gaseous expansion upon combustion do indeed apply to everyone who lives on planet earth be you man, beast, or officer.
